Users are asking for a slight variation or to be able to create a customized template. format. (see example below of adding name of project in title).

In this example: New Work Request: Create Holiday Pin (Pins Test)

For notifications sent when User submits through Request Queue, if the notification could include the queue topic (selection from drop down) it would be helpful.
