Support Export of Resized and Reorderd columns from lists, etc.

In the new 2017.3 Release that is currently in Preview, we will have the ability to reorder and resize columns in a list, view, report, etc. It would be nice if the export feature (any format) used WYSIWYG, so that when you export something it is an exact representation of what you see in the UI, instead of exporting in the original/default format for that view.

I also did a quick test in Preview today just to double check and the temporary reorder / resizing is not maintained. Sure would be nice if it was!

Furthermore, it is not truly the original format. It is a scaled representation of the original format ensured to fit a full width. In otherwords, you cannot export a report narrower than full width, even if you declare narrow columns. This presents problems when trying to print a report, since the default font side is tiny when printed at 100% page zoom.

If the system allowed us to declare a hard-coded width, and make the overall report narrow, it would allow us to nicely scale up a printout when the print is fit to a the width of a piece of paper.
