STAND ALONE: New Proof needs to be housed in the same folder

The New 18.1 Release does not allow for you to click on "New Proof" while you are in a current folder and place that proof into the folder you are within. It makes you search out the folder you want this proof to be housed in otherwise it places it into an "All Items" location causing it to be lost forever in a black hole.

Big stumble with new release.

We need the old functionality back on this one.
