Split Delegation of Approvals

I would like the ability to delegate approvals between multiple people. For example delegate to Jane for 12/18-12/21 and to Joe for 12/22 - 12/27.

    This would be amazing. As an administrator, I often have to log in as the person delegating their approvals and switch the delegation to someone else during the time they are off.
