Small Work/Project Approval -missing features to complete the process

a) Be able to cc another person when sending document approval

b) Be able to allow user to modify the document without requiring to upload the file

c) Be able to auto-extract some of the fields from the project and populate it in the word template. As a result the document will serve as the proposal of the small consulting containing the requirements, tentative schedule and Terms and Condition.
