Slack to Workfront Requests/Issues with Custom Form Support

The Slack integration currently allows you to submit requests/issues into a project or "queue" but the integration is really basic. It currently has no support for custom forms- so if you use slack to submit a request into workfront, that request is essentially blank.

Would be great if this worked similarly to the Outlook integration, where it is able to support the custom form fields that exist on projects/queues. The current integration is just about useless for request submission without the custom field capability as it requires a user to go ask whomever submitted for more information.
