Show email addresses of individuals when you hover over their name when directing an Update

Large organizations often have employees with the same name. When directing an Update to an individual, it would be very helpful to show their email address when you hover over their name (when the auto populate list appears.) As a WF admin, I have received multiple complaints from stakeholders that keep tagging the wrong person in their update.

I was looking for something like this before posting this as my own idea.

We have hundreds of user who just have a request licence, and the issue we find is not knowing which "John Smith" is the one we should be tagging for updates etc....

We can identify them from the Global Search, but when doing an approval/project sponsor etc... we have no means to tell which is which.

Maybe even a pop-out people picker would be an option for all user name fields, so at least if we had the name and email address we would be able to tell which was the correct one.

A suggestion had been to assign job roles, but as these are users who solely come into our instance to make a request this is not practical.

Thanks

I've up-voted this but I'd prefer to make the ask more generic - so rather than limiting it to show the user's email address, enable the admins to select a field to use, which could be email address but could be other fields to be used as a unique identifier
