Show drag & drop location

When I move a task through drag and drop, show me where I can drop it as I hover over a user's assigned tasks.

Our PMs have a usability issue with current Task drag & drop functionality. They noticed that if they take to long to position the task in any given area, rather than just the task being moved, it also makes everything below it a child to that task.
