Search within a report, requests, and projects

It would be tremendously beneficial to search within a report, do a global search of all requests on the requests tab, search within a Program, and search through the list of available reports.

Right now, when we search for something in the global search, not all projects, requests, etc come up. But if I locate that project or request by other means, then if i search again, it comes up.

It would save us a lot of time and be extremely helpful to add these additional search capabilities. Especially within a report. Since some reports have hundreds of line items to go through.
