Search function within "Reports" Screen when looking for one Report

There is currently no "search" function on the "reports" screen when looking for one specific report.

Regardless if its a on My Reports, Shared with me or All Reports. There is a filter button but if I want to search for an individual report, one which was created by a staff member or an old system admin, how can I search easily for it out of the 2000+ reports we have?
