We use the scheduling tool to assign tasks, so when a filter is applied to a job role - we would want to see not only all the people and assigned tasks with that job role, but all the unassigned tasks with that job role applied. At the moment it keeps all unassigned tasks at the top and because Team Managers assign tasks (one role type in each team), not a central resource manager- clicking on every unassigned task (hundreds) to see if there is anything for that role- is very inefficient. They are currently chopping between all the tools as not one gives full functionality we need. As the Team working on schedule- only shows tasks to be assigned for that team and team requests list only shows tasks where the team are assigned- but the role for that team may be assigned to a task where the team assigned is another team. So at the moment, there is no way to get tasks in any digestible easy to use view that works with our structure and manager responsiibilities.
