Schedules: Resource based on assigned Schedule

The Resources we use are in 3 different locations/ time zones, and all have a slightly different Schedule from one another.

The system requires that we set to a Default Schedule, which isn't always accurate when reviewing the Resource Management schedule.

Can the DEFAULT be removed and base it on just the Schedule the user has been assigned to?

Forgot to mention, by selecting The User's Schedule; this should also include the FTE. OR have another option to include FTE.
