Routing Rules/Alerts for Custom Field Selections

At times, we would like to alert/notify more than the working group for new submissions, therefore it would be great if we could also set up secondary routing rules or alerts based on custom field selections.

Routing Rule for Image: Team Design

Custom Field Region: APAC

*Desired secondary routing rule or alert: APAC SMEs

End result, notifications go to: Team Design and APAC SMEs
