Resetting Task Status should reset completion status for each resource

When a task has been prematurely marked Complete, we would like the ability to set the Task status back to New--without the need to unassign and re-assign the resources. Currently, if the task status is set to New, the task will not show up on the Work List of the resources because the system shows they marked the task complete. I confirmed with tech support there is no work around for this behavior.

This is a big issue for our team. Our work around right now is to not 100% rely on the Work List but also have users for whom this happens frequently, refer to a dashboard report "My Tasks". However, the issue this presents is that the Work List is now seen as "unreliable" since these tasks that are now less than 100% (set back by someone other than the task assignee, such as the PM or PO), do not appear there.
