Request Queue: User rights on Queue topics / Topic groups

Description - To use the request queue as a serious alternative for a helpdesk system, it would be helpful to be able to define, which user group can see a queue topic / topic group


Why is this feature important to you - This would allow us to create a request queue as our IT helpdesk system with the ability to control, who can send requests like hardware orders, or send on and offboarding request for user accounts


How would you like the feature to work - The ability to decide for each queue topic / topic group, if it is visible for all users who have access to the request queue, or only for specific groups


Current Behaviour - As far as I understand currently it would be necessary to create several request queues, which leads to the fact, that the first dropdown can get confusing very fast
