Remove yourself from an Update trail

Would be nice to be able to remove yourself from an Update trail/thread that you've been tagged in. Often, these can go on and on and the user may not necessarily need to be updated on everything being discussed. Would like the option of removing yourself from that update thread to reduce the number of notifications received.
