"Remember" the document folder location during navigation

Scenario:

1. Navigating to the Documents tab on project and select a folder.
2. Navigate away from the project.
3. Navigate back to the project (or hit the back button)
4. Notice that Documents tab is still selected, but the folder from step 1 is no longer selected.

Recommendation:

Fix step 4 above so that the folder selections are "sticky".
