Proof Generation is not automatic when documents is uploaded to a Request Queue

When users with proof licenses upload documents in a request queue, the proof is not automatically generated. The proof must be manually generated. Since the Generate Proof function was moved to Document Details, users who receive multiple requests for proofing have to first generate the proof before they can work. Either move the Generate Proof button back to the doc folder or enable auto proof generation in Request Queues.
