Proof Comments with Completion Check Mark available on locked proofs

On a Workfront proof comment there is a check mark along the bottom. When this check mark is clicked it makes a note that the comment has been completed. Our designers like this feature to show which comment they have taken care of and mark it complete. However, we use the lock feature on proof and the check mark does not show up as an option if the proof is locked. If the designer unlocks the proof then he can see the check mark. However, the approvers would be able to make more comments or changes once we have said their time is up on the first round.

I have turned this in as a ticket and found there is no way to have the check mark feature work on a locked proof. If you would like to see this changed please like this idea by click the up arrow to the left of my comment here.

This would be great for Dick's Sporting Goods too! We have so many designers who are working on locked proofs, but they do not all have proof licenses, so they are not able to unlock the proof and check these off as they work on it, so it would be helpful if they could mark things done as they go along. Lack of this feature is part of why we still have designers printing paper copies and marking those up as they go. In this digital era we should not have to print proofs often.
