For our automated Proof WorkFlows, we have business rules that require pre-set SLAs to be applied to review & approve deadline schedules. For example, once a proof is submitted, those who are assigned to review have X business days to do so. Then those who are set to approve have Y business days from the time reviewers are done to do so.
Unfortunately, Proof only focuses on *routing* automation, and there are no *automated* schedule variables; it must be manually configured every time. The standard default is "Current Time, rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes. Proof should recognize the same schedules and calendars that WorkFront uses, and be able to incorporate customizable scheduling into proof automation. In essence, review and approve deadlines (dates and times) should be able to be automatically incorporated into automations based on pre-determined business rules).
