Proofs are created by production units (Studio / design / motion email dev etc) we need these people to share assets with account managers for them to create proofs and apply workflows etc.
The only way to do this at the moment is for the production units to email assets to the account managers for them to upload. This can lead to things happening out side the system.
We have tried to get around this by production units sharing assets as files. This is very clunky as:
- only one document can be shared as a file at a time, with no option to combine.
- The link the account manage gets prompts them to download the file, rather than open it to convert to a proof.
We need some way of multiple file proofs can be created, sent to account manager, for them to then take ownership and apply workflows. This isnt currently possible as adding workflows after a proof has started rarely works.
