PM able to Restrict Access to Document Folder

Allow Project Manager to restrict access to document folders. The PM could limit who has access to a folder that contains sensitive or confidential project documents even though users had access to the project and other folders with non-sensitive information.

Hi Timothy! It's not terribly intuitive but there is a way to achieve this through sharing. Here's what you'd need to do:

  1. Go to Documents

  2. Select the folder you want to restrict access to
  3. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the folder name in the nav

  4. Click "Share"

  5. Remove anyone you do not want to be able to see the folder by clicking on the X at the far right of their name.

One thing I would like to see changed is to be able to restrict these folders at the template level so that it does not have to be done manually for each project.
