Option to add Risks at Task Level

Being able to add a risk at the task level would allow team leads to gain deeper insights into specific workflows, assignees, etc. that may need to be looked into further. Right now, they rely on project managers to add risks to the task description which they can't pull into a categorized report. This would allow team leads to gain feedback from their team members that it would help them better track and manage risks directly within the workflow.

Hi @jenv3. This is definitely a workaround but I have in the past hid the out of the box project risk section and had users enter a risk as an issue/request (via a queue topic). Our motivation was we wanted to capture custom data around risks and you can't create risk custom forms. A risk queue topic would allow you to enter these both at the project and issue level and it solves your issue on allowing anyone to be able to enter them.
