1. I can see each users availability by day, as opposed to just over a month. When I am scheduling or assigning someone to a project, I need to know availability by day.
2. Ease of use for looking at availability. I do not look at the resource planner for anything but determining user availability. Your filters do not seem to be the best for this need and seem to be geared more towards budgeting the percentage of time a project will take, while we usually look at things on a task by task basis.
3. It seems there is a lot more that goes in to setting up and using this resource planner than what legacy entails. As I am the only person who runs this feature and monitors our team bandwidth, this is not ideal.
