New Prioritization field

The team is struggling to communicate priority order of tasks submitted to requesters. They have a report with all the current request but they need a way to let them know the order in which they are completing the requests.

We need a field that allows you to set an order to requests/issues, projects, tasks, etc. and when the #1 priority request is completed the field updates automatically to mark #2 as the new #1 issue in the queue.
