We would like to have a new (optional) native typeahead field attached to all queue topics in the system, called "Queue Topic Owner."
This is where we would put the point of contact for that particular request queue. Having this would allow us to aggregate and share this information with our requestors, so they know who to reach out to for questions. This update would also help us (system admins) figure out who needs to review/approve request queue changes, and who we need to collaborate with during our annual request queue audit.
Currently, the Project Owner field in the request queue project is serving a similar purpose. However, several of our request queue Projects contain many different queue topics that are associated with various teams. As such, the person in the Project Owner field isn't always the most appropriate point of contact for all of those queue topics.
