New Calendar Update - Inability to see all tasks at a glance

Description - We've had feedback from a couple teams who manage our automation for different business units. They heavily use calendars to see what emails are going out in a week or month. With a larger volume of email tasks, the new view truncates what they can see on any given day and forces them to click "see more" and scroll through a tiny pop-up to see all their tasks. The weekly view is a little better, but they also need to see what tasks they have scheduled week over week.

Why is this feature important to you - Our automation teams have strict regulations on how many emails can be sent to an audience within a period of time. They use calendars to visualize this metric on their weekly calls.

How would you like the feature to work - We'd love to see the day squares to expand to allow for all items to show at a glance. Similar to the previous version of the calendar.

Current Behavior - The new view truncates what our teams can see on any given day and forces them to click "see more" and scroll through a tiny pop-up to see all their tasks.

Our team would like this change, too. This perfectly describes the same feedback and requested solution I heard from our users earlier this week.

My team with the same complaints could have written this exact post. Thank you for articulating and bringing the suggestion forward.

Yes, we have the same complaint as well.  We need to see all the rows in the calendar without clicking on "show more".  And even when you click on show more, you have to scroll through the list.

Many things that need to be improved on Calendars:

1) Expand the month view and week view to sow all items on that day.  It's fine if we have to vertically scroll the screen.

2) On the "week" view, allow users to remove the hours/time area on the calendar.  We don't use that type of calendar view to see that granular. We just want to know the date something is due or spanning over days.  Essentially, we just want to see the very top section of the weekly view.

3) On gantt view, allow user to go between daily, weekly, monthly, & quarterly timeframe.  We want to be able to see our whole fiscal year calendar...not just one day at a time.

4) Expand the filtering functionality

5) Allow for copying filters again within a calendar so can just make a change to the copy instead of re-entering the majority of the info again.

6) Add a yearly calendar so can see much larger timeframes
