Allow admins to view a list of all users who currently have approvals delegated to them, and view who is delegating the work. Give admins the ability to toggle delegations directly from this dashboard without logging in as the user.
I would also like to see the application recognize a double delegation (aka the trickle down effect).
For example, David delegates approvals to Helen while he is on vacation Monday - Friday. Helen then takes Wednesday and Thursday off and delegates her approvals to Susan. Workfront does not recognize that Susan should get Helen's (in essence David's) approvals on Wednesday and Thursday. David would not know about Helen's unexpected time off and therefore the approval (project, task or issue) would be in jeopardy during both their absences.
And the Project Owner may not know about the delegation and the Systems Admin could only check by logging in as the users (reference back to the original idea above)
