Make task and project descriptions formatted text fields

Description - Make the task description and project description fields formatted text field types instead of paragraph field types so that we can link, bullet, bold, and use italics. 

Why is this feature important to you - I always add links to reference documents in task and project descriptions and the full URLs make the field really long and hard to read.

How would you like the feature to work - Change the field type from plain text field to formatted text/enable rich text formatting

Current Behavior - can't format text in task or project description at all.

This would be such a huge improvement. It's done in other fields now so I'm not sure why this hasn't been prioritized for one of the most important native fields. We put all of our requirements in these fields and need to be able to format better for our people to have a better experience.

I also agree this would be extremely helpful and it doesn't seem like it would take that much work. I mean, the field I'm writing in now is rich text. Why can't the project or task description be RTF too?
