Make full Project Name always visible on Project page. Show more characters for project name or wrap to second line.

Description - Always make the project name viewable by forcing the project name space to be longer or allow it to wrap

Why is this feature important to you - We often prefix project names so to see the full name of the project, you have to mouse over to see the full name of the project

How would you like the feature to work - Make the project name character space wider even when screen size shrinks and after a certain size, have the name wrap to line 2 so the full name can always be read no matter what the browser size.

Current Behaviour - When viewing the Project page, if you have a narrow screen or are magnified in your browser, the Project Name field only shows a few characters.  You can't read the entire name unless you mouse over.  And if you make the screen more narrow, it keeps all the white cell padding between the right side nav fields (%, Owner, Date, etc) yet the name field shrinks even smaller.
