Right now, when custom forms are added to Projects, tasks or Issues, they are all listed under the Custom Form tab. It would be awesome if they were instead tabs themselves with tab name being the name of the custom form
Not too crazy about this part "tab name being the name of the custom form" for us personally because our custom forms sometimes have longer names (maybe have that as option to turn on or off?). But we'd definitely take the ability to the have custom form on a tab that even just says "Custom Form" instead of have to go the Project Details tab (or task or issue details depending where you are) and then sub-navigating to Custom Forms every time. Our users HATE it. So upvote from me on this.
YES PLEASE. also, make the label "Custom Form" editable.
the term "custom form" doesnt mean anything to anyone except system admins. would be great to be able to customize this to be something more intuitive to our end users.
We absolutely need this feature. Currently there is 1 custom tab, which is the sub tab of Project Details. We need more than 1 customizable sub tab, as a medium to large size project with at least 5 custom forms. This makes the custom tab very very long to the point of losing productivity. The workers in workfront do not see the "jump to form" option. As the system administrator, I see this option. At a minimum, this option being available to all, would remove a little of the sting of out of this pain.
Overall the ID is good. We need further definition of how the idea is implemented. Are the Tabs listed on the Project Edit Left side Navbar? or are the Tabs listed on the same line as Project Details, Finance, Portfolio, Business Case. Or do you click on Custom Forms and then see these Tabs? or are the Tabs listed on the form with Tasks, Project Detail, Updates, Issues, More? Please consider user permissions. Some forms are Never to be viewed by a User. Also consider how the forms will be sequenced Left<>Right, Up<>Down.
