Lock Proof Stages by Job Role and Allow Multiple Signoffs per Job Role with Tracking

-ability to lock proofs out in stages based on user's job role designated in Workfront (not something designated in WF Proof tool)

-ability to have multiple users per job role sign off (so it wouldn't move to the next stage just because one user under the "Merchant" role signed off

-ability to track who from each role signed off on the proofs

-ability to move to next segment of users manually or automatically by date or signoff threshold
