Linking Documents across Projects or Programs

Description - In Documents, as an option under "Add New", having the ability to link to a document already uploaded to Workfront in another location (ex. Project or Program).

Why is this feature important to you - Linking rather than re-uploading would be more efficient and reduce the risk of uploading different versions. 

How would you like the feature to work - Adding the option to link from Workfront in the "Add New" dropdown menu on the Documents page. Ideally, there would be a way to see under which program or project that file lives. Also, that if you updated that file, links would update to the newest version. 

Current Behaviour - Uploading fresh pdfs each time or linking to files located elsewhere. We are trying to get firmwide buy-in that Workfront is the place to find our most current files.
