Let teams use task functionality like users

Currently, Teams cannot click 'work on it' in a task because the system is only designed for them to work out of their team area. They should be able to have the same functionality as users and pick up a request within the task too. What if they're tagged in something, go to that task, and want to work on it that way? Currently, the system doesn't allow them to do that.
