Interested in best practices for user profile management.

We experienced a user innocently changing their email address and name on their own profile which removed them from all projects they owned or were assigned. (without any notification, or red flag issued by the Workfront system.) Respectfully see this as a vulnerable blind spot that has potential to really cripple the functionality of Workfront -- for our group and how we use it. Could a fail-safe be developed? And/or a best practice addressing user profile management?

How about providing primary admin the ability to lock user profiles? Or specific user profile data fields like Name and Email address? Or maybe some type of "user profile change order request" that'd enable a more monitored/controlled way to manage user profiles? Thanks for your interest in client feedback.
