Ideally, when someone sets sets their Outlook calendar showing that they are out of the office, WF their calendar/availability in WF should automatically update with this info and list them as unavailable for the same time.
The system should have options to factor in Tentative, Busy, or Out Of Office.
- Personally, I only want Out of Office to be factored in, but others might want to block availability for meetings and other non-WF work so they would select to pull in Busy.
