Home: Arrows for Moving Through Tasks

On the Home task list: Users are able to scroll through the list of tasks using either the scroll bar, wheel on mouse, or arrow keys.

With scroll bar and mouse as options for scrolling, it would be nice if the arrow keys would jump to the next task instead
