Currently, we are unable to configure an FTE value of less than .1 (or 10%) to any given resource. This implies that, for any resource within a standard 40 hour week, we cannot assign a value less than 4 hrs/wk (4/40, 10%, 0.1). When we have any value in the hundredths place, the system allows us to enter any value other than zero in the tenths place. (i.e. the system allows us to enter .19, .29, .39, etc., but not .09). I submitted this as a support ticket to Workfront Experience; they confirmed this behavior and advised that I submit a "Feature Request" here.
