Filter System Updates - Advanced

The ability to filter out system updates is a great feature but it would be fantastic if the user could do an advanced filter to limit the list of updates to specific things. We see a regular need to filter back through a project's update stream to see when certain changes were made. Basically doing detective work on the project to determine when project level information was modified. (It's obviously pretty easy to read through task update streams as long as they're not extremely long.)

The following is a handful of items that it would be great to be able to filter on/off when reviewing the system updates.

  • Hours
  • Custom Fields
  • Planned date changes (planned start/completion)
  • Commit date changes (including acceptance of tasks)
  • Condition
  • Comments/Notifications (If there were a way to do this by user that'd be amazing!)

A more custom filtering mechanism on the Updates tab would be a welcome change! We also do a lot of detective work and it's a pain to continually scroll down the page to continue loading all of the updates for a project, task, or issue and then use a browser search to "find" what you are really looking for. Currently very inefficient and could be WAAAYYYY better! :)
