We use WalkMe for our Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) and have rolled this out for our Workfront implementation. The application can pull any information that is exposed on the page or in the code of the page, but it needs to be on every page and on initial load (not exposed after a click). The only exposed unique identifier on the initial load for the page is the user's unique ID (32-character ID in the code of the page). This is great, but it would be even better to have the user's name "John Smith". This could then be pulled into WalkMe to understand user behavior of the application. Either have it exposed on the page or embedded within the code of the pages. In the screenshot below it exposes the user's name after you click on the avatar in the upper right corner.
Please update Workfront to exposed the user's name on initial page load.
