Expose an API Call for searching for projects by owner other groups affiliation.

I'd like to be able to search for projects that are owned by people in a particular group.

In my use case, the group affiliation of the project owner may be the home group or other groups, so I'd like to be able to make a call that looks something like this:

https://[DOMAIN}.my.workfront.com/attask/api/v10.0/PROJ/search?owner:otherGroupIDs=[GROUP_ID]&owner:otherGroupIDs_Mod=contains
