We finally got the planned dates to "stick" so now the calendar is usable (for me!) and not dependent on when people mark their tasks done. However, not being able to export or print the calendar is still a problem so I can't use it as my single point of truth. We need to be able to print in order to take notes and distribute more widely. I'm very bummed about this turn of events.

This is a terrible turn of events. The calendar finally got the dates problem fixed but not being able to print or export means I still can't use it. Big big bummer.

Major disappointment. Calendars is a a big demand item from our users and not having this functionality is a huge miss.

I agree with this functionality - we have received many questions from our users in the organization around integrating Workfront tasks/due dates to show up in their Outlook calendars as well. This is much needed and would greatly increase adoption! Are there plans to add this to the roadmap in the near future?

An update on this idea. Just so that everyone is aware, we have future goals and plans for Workfront Calendars.

At the moment, we're working on other priorities as well as some prerequisite work in order for this to happen. For now, if you would like to share these calendars you can leverage the new 'Get Shareable URL' feature we added to the platform as part of the 20.3 release. Just search for the "Share a calendar with a private link" section header.

Sorry we can't take this on now, but we haven't forgotten about this! As always, if anything in the short term changes, we will update!

(Also, if there is enough demand on this idea, I would be willing to see what can be done about getting this idea onto the next leaderboard/prioritization event occurring in Q1 2021. Comment here if you would like me to possibly consider including this as another top idea to vote on to see if we can move it up in priority.)

Jeremy Flores - Of course we would like for you to include this as another top idea to vote on to see if we can move it up in priority. How many votes do we need to get? - there were 1650 likes back in 2017!!! The shareable link is nice, but not the same a being able to provide a PDF.
