Description - Excluding External Users from @ Commenting Feature Drop Down

Why is this feature important to you - Commenting in WF is for internal users only. External users should not receive updates from Internal users in Workfront. We would like to remove the option to select them when using the @ comment feature. We do not want our clients to receive internal information.

How would you like the feature to work - When using the @ comment feature in Commenting/Updates, we would like for only internal users to be included in the address book/drop down when you start typing their name.

Current Behaviour - Right now when using the @ comment feature, if you start typing a users name, the address book includes both internal and external users. This leaves room for sending an update to external/clients by mistake. Which could cause clients to receive internal information that they should not be receiving.

Have you considered utilizing workflows to more granularly control the proofs -> you would have the ability to separate internal and externals in a separate process

You would also want to take care to check the individual proof notification settings, the external people would probably want something like "replies to my comments only" so they're not being emailed with every proof comment.

It would also be helpful to have some sort of visual separation to denote which comments are which. Right now all we see is a lock icon. It would be nice if the entire block were actually colored. To easily spot internal chats.
