Enforce uniqueness on portfolio, program, and project names

We would like an option to enforce uniqueness on portfolio, program, and project names, respectively. Our users are able to create portfolios, programs, or projects with identical names, but won't realize that until they see them on reports. The same behavior happens via Workfront API that creates those objects. Enforcing uniqueness will eliminate this confusing behavior.

I think what you're asking for is a button or choice to ensure something is named uniquely, so that after it is created no other thing can be named the same. Something else to think about is a: Nothing else named the same? or b: no other same object named the same?

Thanks for your comment! I think it is ok if the same name is used for a portfolio, a program, AND a project. Within each object type, the name should be unique.
