Enable Proof customization to lock/unlock new versions

Description - Proofs are automatically locking when a new version is uploaded - we do not want this to happen - all versions should remain unlocked so the proofers are able to toggle back and forth between versions.

Why is this feature important to you - Manual work of unlocking versions is adding time for those who set up proofs and having to remember to do this is adding unnecessary nuance to an already administrative process for creative teams.

How would you like the feature to work - Would like to be able to customize a setting to have new versions be locked or unlocked by default.

Current Behaviour - Proofs are automatically locking when a new version is uploaded. Currently, those who set up proofs are needing to go manually unlock every version.

We are able to go back and look at previous proofs even though they are locked.  We would not want anyone commenting on any version other than the current, because these comments will easily be lost unless marked on the current proof version.

Hi @Richard__Carlson  - we use versions in a bit of a different way for interactive proofing. Rather than being true versions, they are multiple days of, say, homepages to proof at a time. Therefore, we'd want them all to be available (unlocked) to review together. This is a timesaving workaround we've used for some time for interactive proofs so we do not have to set up individual days at a time, but rather give the whole week view to the proofer up front. There are often far less changes needed to our interactive proofs than static artwork.

Thank you for elaborating a bit on your situation, we are more print focused, it's nice to understand how others might work.

I know that a desktop proofing viewer exists, have you tried that?  It might provide a better experience for viewing interactive proofs - just an idea.
