Similar applications like Zapier allow you to modify modules and integration flows using code. For those who know code, this would be an infinite timesaver in Fusion.
I'm not sure how suitable it is for your requirements, but if you export a scenario to JSON you can edit it in a text editor and then re-import it into your scenario. I do this at times for some specific editing purposes, but I don't think I would build this way in general.
