Requesting that an Email Notification be sent to the team that is assigned to a request with an approval, once the request has been approved. Currently, it sounds like this Email Notification is sent when an individual is assigned to the request but is not possible when the request is assigned to a team. We have a number of Request Queues that are assigned to Teams rather than Individuals and it is important for the Team to be notified when the request is approved so that they can assign to a specific individual and begin work.
As a work around, we have assigned the team as a Stage 2 approver, however, this adds an additional step.
