Easier UX on Billing Rates

It would be easier for users if when working on the billing rates on a project, there was an option to select which billing rate they want to use: Default, Company or Project. This way with one simple click they can determine what works best for that particular project

We don't use default billing rates, but Company billing rates instead. The problem is that when any billing rate is changed at the company level, the project keeps the old rate by default and then we have to go into each rate manually to change it. I understand, sometimes we may want to be that way and sometimes we may not. Reason why if there was box to select and click, would be fantastic!
