If a dependent task has a predecessor that is pending approval then it should not be ready to start.
Brian, for this predecessor pending approval scenario, could you enforce the predecessor relationship to prevent the successor from starting (assuming it works that way, and assuming it working that way works for you)?

I tested the enforced scenario and it doesn't work that way. Predecessor is marked green as soon as it enters approval.

I see little difference between these 3 requests and feel that they probably should be combined.
