Users have observed that 'deleted' proof comments still appear in subsequent decision notification emails.
Emails indicating that a proof was approved, also contain comments requesting changes, where those comments were actually deleted, which can only create confusion. The person receiving thje email has no choice but to contact the decision maker and clarify their intent... "Do you want those changes, or is it approved, as is?"
Workfront Support state that this is by design, but this seems completely illogical. At the very least, if the deleted comments must be included, they should be annotated as 'Deleted' to give the correct context.
